HIGH COMMITMENT

FINANCIAL SPONSOR
Every year Crossover holds a myriad of events and retreats for students. These events cost a lot to do, and they often have a cost to attend. Every year there are students that cannot afford the cost of events. Please consider supporting our ministry financially so that we can reduce event prices, or consider being a student sponsor, for events like our annual Winter Blast, for those students that cannot afford to go.

SMALL GROUP LEADER
This is a weekly commitment to leade a small group of junior or senior high students. Do not take this lightly! You will have the opportunity and privelege to change lives and have your life changed!
Small Group Leader Requirements:

  1. Not just love students, but like them, too!
  2. Be at Crossover Community Nights every week (as humanly possible)
  3. Attend leaders' training meetings once a month.
  4. Do one self-initiated small group activity with your small group every month.

Contact Ryan for Sr. High, or Andrew for Jr. High.

SMALL GROUP COACH
This is new position that we see an increasing need for as our small group ministry grows. As a small group coach, you would be the go-to person for 4-7 small group leaders of a specific grade and gender. This requires attendance at monthly small group leader meetings and regular follow-up with small group leaders.

SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER
This is a high-level commitment to instruct students from the Word of God. Do not take this lightly! There is a good amount of preparation required. Teachers do not necessarily teach every week, but still must attend regularly.
