| Steve Brown Student Ministries Intern Sr. High Small Group Leader I am 22 years old and a Senior at Lancaster Bible College. This is my second year here at Crossover. I love sports and I am an avid Ultimate Frisbee Player. Laughter is a must, especially while at college. |
Abigail Brown Sr. High Small Group Leader I am 19 years old and I am currently attending Lancaster Bible College. I have a true passion for students. Let's face it...I love 'em! I love music (both playing and listening). I've been to 15 of the US states and three foreign countries. I love extreme sports and being outside. I love living each moment to the fullest! |

| Sabrina Bates Sr. High Small Group Leader I am 18 years old and a Freshman at Lancaster Bible College. I have a passion for building relationships and getting to know people! I play volleyball for LBC and love it. I enjoy playing sports, being outdoors, and hanging out with new people. |
| David Gaston Sr. High Small Group Leader I am 18 years old and a Freshman at Lancaster Bible College. I love building relationships and helping people to grow. I love anything athletic; I weight lift regularly. My favorite sport is pole vaulting. I also love listening to music and writing poetry. I look forward to seeing what God will do in my life this year. |
| Derek Fountain Sr. High Small Group Leader I am 19 years old and I am enrolled at Lancaster Bible College in the Pastoral Ministries program. I love movies and the outdoors. The best sport is Ultimate Frisbee and I will play anytime anywhere. |
| Shanda Lear Sr. High Small Group Leader I am 18 years old and a Freshman at Lancaster Bible College. I am majoring in Social Work. I love being active and socializing. I'm an extremely bubbly and outgoing person who loves to have fun. |
| Joshua Warren Sr. High Small Group Leader I am 19 years old and currently attending Lancaster Bible College in the Youth Ministry program. I home to one day be in full-time Christian camp ministry. I also am originally from Indiana, although my parents now live an hour away in Hanover, PA. I enjoy playing video games, hanging with my friends, and riding horses. I really hope to grow as a leader and really impact the kids here at Crossover! |
| Ron Whiting Sr. High Small Group Leader My family consists of my wife, Rhonda, and our four kids, Kate, David, Becca and Suzanna. My parents lives through the Great Depression and my father is one of the few surviving veterans of WWII. For the past 10 years, I've been a special ed teacher during the year and a missionary to Japanese youth during the summer. Besides sharing my faith, I also love playing various sports, especially outdoor sports such as canoeing, fishing, hunting, skiing, birding, etc. |
| David Whiting Jr. High Small Group Leader I am 17 years old. My family and I have been going to LEFC my entire life. I also attend Sr. High Crossover, but this is my first years as a Jr. High Leader. I am a Junior at Warwick High School. I enjoy playing soccer, swimming, and running track. |
| Melanie Zorbaugh Jr. High Small Group Leader I am 18 years old and have been at LEFC the whole time! I am a part-time college student at HACC studying Art Education. I ride horses and enjoy music and writing poetry. I live on 5 acres with my horses, puppy, cats, bird and my crazy family! |
| Brendan Acebo Jr. High Small Group Leader I am 15 years old and have been attending LEFC for the past 15 years. This is my first year working as a Jr. High Small Group Leader and I am pumped! I currently attend Warwick High School. I enjoy writing and performing music with DSM and solo and I am always looking for something new to listen to. I also enjoy reading, writing, movies and martial arts. I am passionate about Jesus and serving God. I love seeing him do crazy stuff in my life and in the lives of those around me. |
| Ashley Messersmith Jr. High Small Group Leader I am a Junior at Millersville University. I am a Secondary English Education and ESL major. I work part time at Ten Thousand Villages. I love playing and listening to music, spending time with friends and family, and whatever else comes to mind. |
| Brittany Zimmerman Jr. High Small Group Leader I've been going to LEFC for over 11 years. I work part time, and go to Lancaster General College full time. I'm studying to become an RN. This is my second year being involved with Junior High Ministry and I couldn't be more excited about it! In my free time, I love chilling with friends at coffee shops, going on outings with my small group, playing basketball, and listening to all my musician friends jam. God continues to change every part of me and I can't wait to see all His plans for my life! |
| Andrew Polonus Jr. High Small Group Leader I am 17 years old and a Senior at Warwick High School. I have been an LEFC attendee for as long as I can remember. I am excited to enter my second year as a Jr. High Small Group Leader. Outside of school I enjoy golfing and playing just about any other sport. I have been busy lately with the college application process and I am excited to see where the Lord leads me next year. |
